Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

Losing weight is not the job of medicines alone – only when proper diet, regular exercise and medicines go together does weight reduce and stay reduced.

Take the following medicines for 3–6 months:

  1. Medohar guggulu – 2 tablets morning and evening after meals
  2. Triphala guggulu – 2 tablets morning and evening
  3. Vidangadi loha capsule – 2 capsules morning and evening
  4. Agnimantha churna – 1 teaspoon morning and evening with water

Diet and lifestyle:

  • Stop maida, bakery items, fried food, sweets, ghee-oil, cheese-paneer and fridge items.
  • Stop curd, fermented items and daytime sleep.
  • Take more boiled moong, khakhra, mamra and phulka rotli.
  • Drink only as much water as thirst demands; no fridge water.
  • Honey water: 2 teaspoons of honey in plain water (never with hot water or lemon).
  • Walk briskly for 45 minutes every morning.

Panchakarma: Udvartana, Virechana, Basti karma.
