Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

In Ayurveda this is considered the start of amatisara / pravahika – when digestion is disturbed, ama (mucus) is formed.

If there is blood in the stool, fever, severe pain or dehydration (great weakness, less urine), or no improvement in 7 days, show a doctor immediately and get a stool test done.

For 7–10 days:

  1. Kutajghan vati – 2 tablets three times a day
  2. Bilvadi churna – 1 teaspoon morning and evening with buttermilk
  3. Shankh vati – 2 tablets after meals
  4. Isabgol 1 teaspoon with buttermilk/curd at night

Diet: Light food for 2–3 days – moong dal khichdi, plain buttermilk, rice-dal. Stop fried, spicy food, milk, maida, raw salads and outside food. Drink boiled water.
