As per your problem, you have urticaria (hives – sheetpitta). It typically improves as long as you take anti-allergy medicine and starts again afterwards.
For a permanent cure of this problem Ayurvedic medicine will help, so you can also take treatment from an Ayurvedic doctor nearby. Continue the following for 1–2 months and contact once afterwards:
- Haridrakhand tablet 2 tablets twice a day after meals
- Kishor guggulu 2 tablets twice a day
- Sudarshan ghan vati 2 tablets twice a day
- Arogyavardhini vati 1 tablet twice a day
- Apply Marichyadi oil where it itches
- Bathe with neem water
- Cover yourself or wear enough clothing so that cold wind does not touch the body
Diet:
- Stop market snacks and take fresh, light food
- Avoid salty and sour food
- Avoid pickles and fermented items
Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment will also be beneficial:
- Virechana karma
- Basti karma
- Vamana karma
If there is swelling of the lips or face or difficulty breathing, seek emergency care immediately.
At such a time, stay away from negative thoughts and always think positively.
If you go for a walk every morning and practise yoga, pranayama and meditation, you will benefit faster.
For better results, practise the following regularly:
- Paschimottanasana
- Chakrasana
- Pavanamuktasana
- Pranayama
