As you say, your AMH is 1.62 and your husband’s semen report is normal, yet you are not conceiving, and you have had constipation for years.
An AMH of 1.62 is normal to slightly low depending on age – so the ability to form eggs is fair, but it is better to start treatment without losing time. In Ayurveda, constipation (disturbance of apana vata) is considered an important cause of not conceiving, so first the bowels must stay clear.
If you consult in person or online with your age, menstrual regularity, follicle study, tube test (HSG) and thyroid reports, more precise treatment can be given.
Take the following medicines for 3 months:
- Phala ghrita – 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach with warm milk
- Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon morning and evening with milk
- Pushyanug churna – 1 teaspoon morning and evening
- Eranda-bhrishta haritaki churna – 1 teaspoon at night with lukewarm water
Panchakarma: Uttarbasti and Basti karma – very useful for conception (only by an expert).
