Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

As per your query:

  1. Taking peacock feather with cow’s milk for three days does not give a baby boy. This is not a treatment in Ayurveda, and Ayurveda never makes such a claim. Once conception has happened, the sex of the baby is already decided at that moment, and nothing taken afterwards can change it.
  2. Whether the baby is a boy or a girl is a matter of science and depends on many factors at the time of conception.
  3. If any book promised such a definite result, everyone would have only boys. So accept the child as a gift of God and concentrate on the physical and mental development of the baby, giving a better child to your family and society through Garbh Sanskar.
  4. Please do not eat peacock feather in any form during pregnancy. It is not a food or a standard medicine, and home-made preparations of it may be contaminated or harmful to the mother and the baby. Take only medicines prescribed by your doctor or a qualified Ayurveda vaidya during pregnancy.
