As per your problem with the synovial fluid problem at your both knee, and you are suffering from pain at your both knee joints. Synovial fluid works as lubrication to make joint movement smoother. I accumulation of synovial fluid it causes pain and swelling to the joints.
In the Ayurveda way of treating this condition is caused by vaat dosha and it can be recovered with treatment of Ayurveda.

1. Maharasnadi ghan 2 tabs twice a day
2. vatari gugal 2 tabs twice a day
3. Painant capsule 2 caps twice a day
4. Ajmodadi tab 2 tabs twice a day
5. Maha narayan oil for external use for massage on joints6.
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery

2. Janu Basti karma
