As per your problem, you have a lot of itching all over the body. The information you have given is very incomplete, so it is difficult to give an exact solution. Still, the itching may have different causes, such as:
- Allergy
- Eating too much sour food
- Exposure to cold wind
- Dry skin
- Urticaria (hives)
- Reaction to some medicine
- A specific skin disease
- An infection caught from someone
If you tell us the specific cause, we can suggest specific treatment. Meanwhile:
- Stop all sour items and bathe with neem water or neem soap.
- If the skin becomes dry, apply neem oil or sesame oil on the body.
- If you are allergic to anything, stop eating it. If anyone else at home has similar itching, they also need treatment.
- If you keep pets at home, they can also cause itching.
- If you were on a skin or allergy medicine and stopped it, the suppressed itching may start again.
- If there is a mild fever for a long time, that can also cause this; get treatment from an Ayurvedic doctor for it.
It is best to take medicine only after finding the exact cause, by an in-person examination with a good Ayurvedic doctor. You can also take an online consultation.
