As per your problem, you constantly hear various sounds in both ears, and this has been going on for five years.
You may have taken many medicines for this, and a doctor may even have advised an operation. Ayurvedic medicines work very effectively in ear treatment, but because we lack patience, we get tired of taking medicines continuously for a long time – and that is why we do not succeed in ear diseases.
In diseases like hearing loss and constant sounds in the ear, weakness of the ear nerves (karnendriya) plays an important role. If there is a good Ayurvedic doctor near you, consult them and take medicines regularly for a long time. Also get a hearing test (audiometry) by an ENT doctor; any sudden drop in hearing needs urgent ENT care.
You can start the following:
- Sarivadi vati 2 tablets twice a day
- Bala-bilvadi oil 5 drops in both ears twice a day (only if the eardrum is intact – confirm with your doctor)
- Triphala guggulu 1 tablet twice a day
Diet:
- Do not stay awake late at night
- Stop curd completely
- Do not eat things kept in the fridge
Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment will also be beneficial:
- Virechana karma
- Basti karma
- Shirodhara
- Karnapurana
At such a time, stay away from negative thoughts and always think positively.
If you go for a walk every morning and practise yoga, pranayama and meditation, you will benefit faster.
For better results, practise the following regularly:
- Paschimottanasana
- Chakrasana
- Pavanamuktasana
- Pranayama
