Hello
Have a Healthy Day !!
Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel

As per your query about the Ayurveda diet.
1. As per Ayurveda though do not have to take honey and Ghee in equal quantity. So you should have to take it as double quantity one of both.
2. Same Quantity is not good for digestion. Ayurveda has described as it’s just like poison. And we have to mean it as it cannot make an end of life but it may make the condition of bowel or vomiting sometimes.
3. If you have good digestive power then you do not have anything in this way!
4. After taking this if you do not have any discomfort then, do not worry about it.
5. One more thing as do not have to take honey with warm water or not to mix with hot things.
