Hello I am 25 year old and suffering from sinusitis from past 6 years. I have undergone surgery once but it recurred fully again. I have been suggested by a retired doctor to use this medicine called Shri Jaimangal ras for it. Is it effective and safe and can it be taken along with homeopathic medication. Also kindly suggest any other medication which is effective.

As you have recurrent sinusitis and you have done surgery also for that and after all it is useless. Now for a permanent solution, you can start Ayurveda treatment.
You can continue Jaymangal ras once a day for 3 months. Please do not take this medicine for more than 3 months. You can take along with homoeopath medicines; if that doctor permits. But I would like to advise a good course for a permanent solution for Sinusitis.
Please start the following Medicines for 4-6 months and will contact after this period for further medications and guidance.
Medicines for treatment
1. Pathyadi ghan 2 tabs twice a day
2. shir: shooladi ras 1 tab twice a day
3. laxmi vilas ras 1 tab twice a day
4. avipattikar churna 1 gram once a day
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery

1. Nasya karma
2. Raktamokshan karma
3. Shirodharakarma
I advise you to follow Yogasan and Pranayam Procedures for better results…
Yoga and Pranayam treatment
1. Paschimotanasan

5. Pavan muktasana
In Pranayama
1. Bhasrika pranayam
2. Anulom – vilom pranayam
