My age is 24 yrs. I had open heart surgery 6 years ago.
I am looking very thin but sometimes I am suffering for asthma. When I am walking on upstairs or doing running and lift weights I have breathlessness. I want permanent cure from this problem. Please help me. Is there any the permanent Solution in Ayurveda?

1. You have did open heart surgery before 6 years and thus you were thin due to heart issue.
2. In heart issue there is breathlessness is a very common symptom. So this is problem due to this thing.
3. Now your surgery has been done before six years and now there is not any heart related issues thus you should have to make stronger your lungs and heart by Ayurveda medicines.
4. It is advisable to have a treatment under observation of experienced Ayurveda Doctor.
Please start the following Medicines for three months and contact after for further medications and guidance.
Medicines for treatment
• Hriday rog har tab 2 tabs twice a day
• Su. Vasant malini ras 1 tab twice a day with honey
• Karshyahar loh 2 tabs twice a day with water
• Arjunarishta 10 ml twice a day after meal
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery
Panchkarma treatment
• Abhyan – swedan
• Basti karma
• Nasya karma
• Shirodharakarma
I advise you following Yogasan and Pranayam Procedures for better results…
Yoga and Pranayam treatment
1. Paschimotanasan
2. Chakrashan
3. Sarvangasan
4. Uttanpadasan
5. Pavan muktasana
In Pranayama
1. Bhasrika pranayam
2. Anulom – vilom pranayam
3. Kapalbhanti pranayam
