Please tell some ayurvedic home remedies for acidity, high blood pressure and eye infection

1. You have multiple problems like Acidity, HBP and eye infection
2. You needed home remedies for the same
I like to advise one by one.
1. For acidity,
a. You need to avoid spicy food and outside spicy, fried food first
b. Need to take milk on a regular basis
c. Take black dry grapes regularly 10 to 20 pieces daily
d. Take fennel powder with sugar ( Soccer) one spoon twice a day)
2. For High Blood pressure
a. You should have to take Ayurveda medicines for that, don’t try home remedies only.
b. Avoid salt and fermented food
c. Avoid stressful time
d. Keep yourself happy all the time
e. If you want to get treatment of Ayurveda, you should have to visit an Ayurveda doctor and should have to start medication under observation only.
3. For eye infection
a. Wash eyes with trifla water thrice a day
b. Keep it clean

2. Chakrashan
3. Sarvangasan
4. Uttanpadasan
5. Pavan muktasana
In Pranayama
1. Bhasrika pranayam
