Have a Healthy Day !!
Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel
You have a problem while senhapaan – pre-procedure of panchkarma treatment.
In this way of Pre-procedure, you should have to make your body oily with any Oil substance as its medicated ghee or Medicated oil too.

In this way of you have pitta dosha and pitta prakruti ; its been advised to take Ghee and Ghee formulation instead of any oil.
You can add Sugar in ghee too or you can drink ghee adding in warm milk.

But flaxseed oil is not a proper medicine to have snehpaan for pre-procedure of Panchkarma as you have pitta dosha.
You should have to manage it. And be relaxed while taking medicines.
Also, you can get advice from your panchkarma expert.
Note : Don’t do panchkarma as yourself, it should be under observation of any expert of Ayurveda.
