Namaskar. Even after going to the toilet three to four times in the morning, my stomach does not feel clear. During the day I keep getting gas and burps. I have had a colonoscopy too. I have been taking Ayurvedic, allopathic and homeopathic medicines for three years. What should I do to get rid of this problem permanently?

As per your problem, this trouble has arisen from weak digestion (mandagni). In abdominal diseases Ayurvedic medicines are usually more effective and cure the disease from its root, but along with medicines, diet control is equally necessary. Taking medicines on time and for a long period is essential.
In this type of disease no home experiment will cure it. An experiment may give relief for a while, but it cannot cure permanently. It is advisable to meet a good Ayurvedic doctor nearby in person, because the medicines need to be changed from time to time. Until then you can start the following:
- Vruddha Gangadhar tablet 2 tablets twice a day after meals
- Vatsakadi ghan tablet 2 tablets twice a day
- Bilvavaleha 10 g twice a day
Diet:
- Stop market snacks and take fresh, light food
- Avoid very spicy, salty and sour food
- Avoid pickles and fermented items
- Stop all refined flour (maida) and bakery items
Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment will also be beneficial:
- Basti karma
- Shirodhara
At such a time, stay away from negative thoughts and always think positively.
If you go for a walk every morning and practise yoga, pranayama and meditation, you will benefit faster.
For better results, practise the following regularly:
- Paschimottanasana
- Chakrasana
- Pavanamuktasana
- Pranayama
