Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

Direct answer: Chyawanprash is usually taken in the morning on an empty stomach or with lukewarm milk. The exact amount depends on your digestion, weight and other health conditions, so the Vaidya will decide it after examining you. You can start with the amount written on the pack and watch your digestion.

Understanding the problem

In AS, Chyawanprash supports strength and immunity, but it is not the main treatment for spine inflammation.

The Ayurvedic view

Rasayana works best when Agni is good. If there is heaviness, gas or poor appetite, Ama should be cleared first, otherwise the tonic is not digested well.

Practical steps

  • Morning, with lukewarm milk or warm water.
  • If you feel heaviness or loose motion, reduce it and consult.
  • Continue exercise and your prescribed treatment.

Diet

  • Same as advised for Amavata: warm, light food; avoid cold and heavy food.

Medicine, yoga and Panchakarma

The right dose and duration will be decided by the Vaidya after examining you.

When to see a doctor?

  • Increased pain or stiffness, eye redness, breathing difficulty

In short: Take Chyawanprash in the morning with lukewarm milk; the exact amount is decided by the Vaidya, and it supports, not replaces, AS treatment.

You can consult in person or online.
