I am 32 years old female, trying to conceive since 2 years

Most of the time, having a tilted uterus will not cause difficulty becoming or staying pregnant.
Some women have no symptoms or idea that they have a tilted uterus.
Usually, no treatment is required for a woman with a tilted uterus.
In this case you have to to find out another cause of not getting pregnancy.
Also need to check semen analysis of your husband.
You have to try for conception on nearby ovulation time.
You have to check your ovulation status and if needed you have to take such Ayurveda medicine for getting pregnancy.
Meanwhile you can start the following medications with trying for conception in proper method.
Praja sthapan tablet 2 tablet twice a day
Fal ghrit 5 gram twice a day with milk
Diet :
• Avoid Fermented and stale food
• Avoid food from outside selling
• Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
• Avoid Oily and fried food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery

• Abhyang – swedan
• Basti karma
• Uttar basti karma
• Virechan karma
• Shirodharakarma
I advise you following Yogasan and Pranayam Procedures for better results…

• Pavan muktasana
In Pranayama
• Bhasrika pranayam
