Which Days Are Best for Conception? What If Semen Comes Out After Intercourse?

I am a 26-year-old married working woman. I have been married for three years. My husband has been working in another district for the last two years and usually comes home only once a month. During the first year of our marriage, I had a miscarriage and underwent curettage. Now we want to have a baby, but I am not getting pregnant.
My menstrual cycle is generally regular and my period usually starts around the 1st of every month; sometimes it is one day early or late. People say that having intercourse during the middle days of the menstrual cycle increases the chances of pregnancy. Which days are these, and for how many days should we have intercourse?
Since my husband lives away from home, he gets only two to four days of leave. On which days should I ask him to come home to increase our chances of conception?
Our other concern is that some semen comes out after intercourse. Could this be the reason I am not getting pregnant? What should we do to prevent semen from coming out?
Can Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma, or Uttarbasti also be useful in this situation?
Please guide me regarding the appropriate and practical approach to conception.
