I am father of a 3 year old son and I am having a concern about his speech delay and possibly some understanding delay. He is not speaking well as compared to his peers, also he does not actively engage in conversation with anyone and furthermore seems to aviod the conversation. It appears that he is not able to understand what others are saying and as soon as somebody starts speaking with him, he either avoids them or start speaking or rather something of his own.
Would you be able to help us with the problem of my son?
Please let me know what are the next course of action.

As per your concentration about your child’s growth and observation as your child has a problem with delayed speech and he can not understand the conversation.
