Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

Stones of 3 to 7 mm can often pass with Ayurvedic treatment and enough water.

If there is severe pain, vomiting, fever, blood in the urine, or urine stops, go to a doctor immediately. Get a sonography every 2 months to monitor the stone size.

Take the following medicines for 2–3 months:

  1. Pashanbhed kwath / Varunadi kwath – 15 ml morning and evening with an equal amount of water
  2. Gokshuradi guggulu – 2 tablets morning and evening
  3. Chandraprabha vati – 2 tablets morning and evening
  4. Horse gram (kulthi) water – soak 2 teaspoons of kulthi at night, boil in the morning and drink

Diet: 3–4 litres of water daily; coconut water and barley water are good. Reduce tomatoes, spinach, chikoo, cashews, chocolate, excess salt, non-vegetarian food and cold drinks.

Note:

Advice given here is based on safety and availability everywhere. However, the result may depend on the quality of the manufacturer of the medicines.
