Hello

Have a Healthy Day !!

Welcome to the world of health from Ayurveda conducted by Dr. Nikul Patel.

As per your problem:

Weight and height are a standard of modern science, but they are not true in every respect; weight alone is not the measure of health. Losing too much weight, however, is a disease. In today’s fashion-conscious world, those with more weight struggle to lose it and those with less weight struggle to gain it, and everyone wonders whether they are healthy. If our standard for weight points only in this direction, it is wrong – weight and health are not directly related. From the Ayurvedic point of view, weight depends on mamsa (muscles) and asthi (bones). So sometimes a body looks bulky but weighs less, and a body that does not look heavy weighs more. Weight may simply match the build inherited from the parents.

If you feel your weight is low and want to gain weight – perhaps because you look too thin – the most important thing is to correct your daily routine. If you take care of the following, your weight will surely change:

  1. Your digestion must be proper. To improve it, wake up early before sunrise and walk, run, do pranayama, yogasanas and light exercises.
  2. Sit in Vajrasana for five minutes after meals; do not lie down immediately.
  3. Sleep regularly and on time at night.
  4. Eat on time, especially when you feel hungry.
  5. Increase milk, ghee, sweets, dry fruits, adadiya and adadiya pak in your diet.
  6. If needed, Ashwagandhadi churna, Kauchapak or Chyavanprash can be taken regularly.
  7. Especially when digestion is weak and muscles are not strong, massage the body with sesame oil. Doing this regularly for one to two years will set your weight permanently.

Diet:

  • Stop market snacks and take fresh, light food
  • Avoid very spicy, salty and sour food
  • Avoid pickles and fermented items

At such a time, stay away from negative thoughts and always think positively.
