• Shir: shooladi vati 2 tabs twice a day
• Syrup Kofant 10 ml twice a day
Diet :
• Avoid Fermented and stale food
• Avoid food from outside selling
• Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
• Avoid Oily and fried food
• Avoid freeze water and food
• Avoid ice-cream, cheese and fast food
I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery
