Physical activity zero since last one year
weight gain almost 750 grams per month in last one year
no outside food
no spicy food at home
non veg-once a month/once in two months
egg almost daily
Problem faced: Since last 6 months few pimples have been coming and going on cheeks, forehead and chin
they go away leaving ugly black marks (pl note i do not squeeze them at all)
However since last one month many dark red colored, some with white pus have come and they are stubborn, i have been taking steam since last two three days, some of them bleed and still no difference
Kindly provide remedy, it is very itchy and irritating and my skin is very oily.

Mostly this type of problem is result of impure blood, thus it needs to get treatment for blood purification and in female hormonal disturbance and Weight gain also makes skin trouble. So be careful about that.
Do not take steam on face.
Avoid eggs and non-veg.

1. Maha Manjisthadi ghan 2 tabs twice a day
2. Kanchnaar gugal 2 tabs twice a day
3. Vasa ghna 2 tabs twice a dya
4. Dashang gugal 2 tabs twice a day
5. Face pack ( dashang lep) for external use
Diet :
1. Avoid Spicy and Oily food
2. Avoid Bakery Item
3. Avoid Fermented food
