Shrinking of skin – The ageing effect is due to age or illness.
Keeping healthy your body will give you more glow and healthy skin.
For that, you should have to check the reason first and physical changes.
Also metal stress, angriness, sleep problem and another busy schedule which is not giving you proper rest and it is also a cause for ageing.

2. Chyavanprashan Special 20 grams once a day
3. Su Malini vasant 1 tab twice a day
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
