Namaste! I am 23 years old and not yet married. For the last 3–4 years I have had a marble-sized lump near the nipple of my right breast. It hurts around my periods and when it is very cold. The doctor diagnosed a fibroid (fibroadenoma) and advised an operation, but since I am not married yet I am not mentally ready for any breast surgery. I have taken Ayurvedic medicines too, with no difference. I am very tense. I heard that you give very good treatment for breast lumps without side effects, so I need your advice. If you can cure it without an operation I will be very grateful. I can come for in-person consulting if needed.

In cases of a breast lump, especially before marriage, treatment by operation is truly a mental burden and causes tension about future married life. At such a time Ayurvedic treatment is a blessing. Ayurveda has very effective treatment for breast lumps (fibroadenoma), and its biggest advantage is that it causes no side effects.
In our experience we have treated many such cases with good results – this is a special feature of Ayurveda. The medicines we give from our clinic are prepared carefully, maintaining quality, which keeps them effective.
It is best if you come in person for treatment; if you cannot, start the treatment below. You have already taken Ayurvedic treatment, but along with medicines an external application (lepa) is very important – perhaps that is why you did not get results.
Start the following medicines:
- Kanchanar guggulu 2 tablets three times a day
- Dashang guggulu 2 tablets twice a day
- Punarnavashtak ghanvati 2 tablets twice a day
- Varunadi ghanvati 2 tablets twice a day
Take all medicines regularly with water for at least six months.
In addition, every day apply a thick, lukewarm paste of Lepaguti over the lump and a little area around it. Keep it for one hour and then wash it off. Doing this regularly will gradually dissolve the lump.
