I tried Terminalia Arjuna Decoction (10 gms in 300 ml water boiled down to 100 ml – taken empty stomach) this morning and within 10 mins vomited profusely, is this a normal or I did something wrong?

You have to take about 100 ml of decoction of Arjuna. This dosage is very high. Normally for the treatment, it has to take only 10 to 20 ml only.
More than 50 ml of decoction will cause detoxifying the body and it will give a reflection of vomiting or diarrhoea from any Ayurveda decoction.
So there is nothing about to harm. Just take only 10 ml to 20 ml decoction.
