People do not talk openly about this subject in society, so it feels hard to get correct information, and I have many questions in my mind.<\/p>\n<p>I have heard that these diseases spread through sexual contact, but I do not clearly know what their symptoms are like. I have also heard that sometimes infection can be in the body without any symptoms, and the person may not even know. This worries me, because if no symptoms show, how would one know that a test is needed?<\/p>\n<p>Because of shame and fear, many people do not go to a doctor and keep trying home remedies. I want to know whether this is right.<\/p>\n<p>My questions are:<br \/>\n&#8211; What are the common symptoms of STIs, in both men and women?<br \/>\n&#8211; Can there be an infection even without symptoms?<br \/>\n&#8211; When and how often should one get tested?<br \/>\n&#8211; Can these diseases be cured, or do some remain for life?<br \/>\n&#8211; How much protection does a condom give?<br \/>\n&#8211; Is any vaccine available?<br \/>\n&#8211; What view does Ayurveda give on this, and how much is its role?<\/p>\n<p>I understand the responsibility for my own health and my partner&#8217;s, and I want to get correct information without fear or shame.
