I feel this may be the reason I am not getting pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>Many people say that if semen comes out, pregnancy cannot happen. Is this true? Is it a sign of premature ejaculation or some &#8220;semen defect&#8221;, or is it normal?<\/p>\n<p>According to Ayurveda, conception needs the proper union of the man&#8217;s Shukra Dhatu and the woman&#8217;s Artava. If the semen does not stay inside long enough, does this union remain incomplete? Would Vajikarana treatment or herbs such as Ashwagandha, Shilajit, Kapikachhu and Safed Musli help my husband, and Ashoka, Lodhra or Shatavari help me?
