If a wife does not look the way her husband imagined, can they still develop a loving, respectful, and satisfying relationship? How can someone acknowledge their feelings honestly while making a sincere effort to accept and understand their life partner?
\nAyurveda traditionally discusses the three mental qualities known as Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. Can these concepts help a person reflect on their desires, mental restlessness, expectations, and attraction? Can practices such as meditation, self-reflection, self-study, and Brahmacharya help develop greater self-awareness and a more responsible approach to married life?
