Dear Sir, I an 20 years and I facing the problem from last one month as on my scrotum, white spots are appears, which sometimes turn to be red flaky spots, When its white it appears to have the same description as genital warts.
When I itch on them the bits are gone and it appears back after such hours. I only had sex once with a girl last year around June.
Tell me what to do? should I have gone to doctor and advise me ayurveda medicines for the same.

As per your Complain About..genital warts..
In your case may it has been by infection or by over sweating at that part. Itching with dirty hands also leads this thing.
Also you had unprotected sex before a long ago. But now you should have to take care about unprotected sex.
Please start the following Medicines for 2 months and contact after for further medications and guidance.
1. Kishor gugal 2 tabs twice a day with Water – before or after meal
2. Aarogya vardhini ras 2 tabs twice a day with Water – before or after meal
3. Trifla gugal 2 tabs twice a day with Water – before or after meal
4. Maha majisthadi kwath 10 ml twice a day with Water – before or after meal
5. Ointment Six-C For External Application
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
