what is the treatment & herbal medicine to cure premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is a condition which is developed with such cause and sometimes it has not any cause.

Causes as
1. Habit of masturbation
2. Frequent sexual encounter can cause early discharge after several years
3. Over excitement
4. Lack of shukra dhatu ( which is a last and absolute dhatu of our body as per Ayurveda concept)
5. Tense or over sensation
Treatment of premature ejaculation is best in Ayurveda then another therapies, because this works from root level ; thus it will make cure for long lasting. Also its not habitual and have not any side effects.
Please start the following Medicines for 4-6 months and contact after for further medications and guidance.
Medicines for treatment
1. Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs twice a day
2. aatma gulta tab 2 tabs twice a day
3. Vrushyaa tab 2 tabs twice a day
4. Jatifaladi tab ( stambhak ) 1 tab twice a day
5. Kamini vidravan ras 1 tab once a day
6. Vajikaran oil for massage on penis once a day for 10 monites
Avoid more frequent sex whilw this treatment. You can enjoy once a week only.
Diet :
1. Avoid Fermented and stale food
2. Avoid food from outside selling
3. Avoid Curd, Buttermilk, Lemon all sour and salty food,
4. Avoid Oily and fried food
5. Take Milk, cashew, almond more
