I am Sekhar, I am from Andhra Pradesh, and I live now in Dubai.
I am having a small white reddish patch on chin and right hand. This is there from my childhood around 10 years of age. Now I am 33 and the difference i found that I have got white hair in that white reddish patch area. Sometimes I noticed that the patch is expanding slowly.
It’s not completely visible as a patch in the long look, but white hairs coming on that area. Rarely I am getting itching sensation. I afraid it will expand all around the face in future if not treated
I consulted some doctors in India and also in Dubai, took some medicine and not showing any improvement.
Recently I consulted a doctor in Dubai; I am getting treated as vitiligo condition with excimer laser treatment.
This treatment is very costly and needed number of sitting based on the conditions and also not covered by my medical insurance as a cosmetic treatment.
I am requesting your kind help and guidance on this,
As per the given details above do you think this is vitiligo condition? Is excimer treatment will work for this condition?
