In such cases it is difficult to suggest treatment without knowing a few things:
- Your age?
- Are you married, or are you sexually active?
- Do you have any kind of infection?
- Does the odour come only sometimes or all the time?
- Is there any discharge along with the odour?
- Are there other symptoms such as itching or burning?
If we get proper answers to these questions, we can certainly suggest the right treatment. An in-person visit is usually more beneficial.
Meanwhile, you can wash with the following decoction:
Method: In a clean vessel take about 10 g of Panchavalkal kwath powder, add one glass of water and boil until half remains. Let it cool, strain it, and use this water twice a day to clean the outer and inner parts of the vagina.
For other medicines, please answer the questions above. If there is fever, lower abdominal pain or unusual discharge, see a gynaecologist.
Diet:
- Stop market snacks and take fresh, light food
- Avoid very spicy, salty and sour food
- Avoid pickles and fermented items
At such a time, stay away from negative thoughts and always think positively.
If you go for a walk every morning and practise yoga, pranayama and meditation, you will benefit faster.
For better results, practise the following regularly:
- Paschimottanasana
- Chakrasana
- Pavanamuktasana
- Pranayama
