What to do for my next FET cycle? And guide for infertility?

Hello Sir

My age is 31. I got married 3 years ago. We had tried for conceive a lot. My husband sperms count is very low. Doctor advised for FET and I am under medication of FET. I have not any problem, only from my husband. My question is that as I am having period pain just before FET. And My Embryo transfer will be two days after. Is it ok to go for FET in this condition or shall I cancel cycle? My fresh embryo had failed. Is any other way for getting natural conception? If yes tell me how to consult and have any online treatment ways? What about Side effects?
