Can one have more than one dominant element?

I recently found out about ayurveda by reading Janesh Vaidyas book. Now to the subject of wheter I am kapha, pitta or vata, I have a hard time finding that out.

I have all food-related "symptoms" of Kapha. I am overweight, I eat alot, love sugary stuff, sit still alot.  But then, I still love to be active and excesice, my skin is NOT mousturized and oily, but more dry and dull. And also ,I do not love routine and comfort. I need constant change and I love traveling and experiencing new things, wheter it be good or bad experiences.

So my question is, can someone be a mix of two elements?
