Mental Health problem of 18 years Son need more help of Ayurveda



May Son age is 18 years and From 2 and 1/2 years my son was taking prodep 60mg risdone 0.5 mg, nd nemdaa 5 mg and 70% ok but could not study in alone. Slowly he left risdone and nemda.

He took prodep alone in 6 months and last 2 months with homeo medicine and skipped prodep. Health was becoming down and down from 6 months. He cannot do daily routine work.

He takes 3 hours in bathing and cannot close pent zip. He repeats 50 to 60 times every talk and if I try to stop, he shows anger and shakes hand. From approx 40 days he is taking nexito 30 mg. risdoneand nemda acc to doctor

.He is 23 years old and has no siblings. Only 10% effect seems. Not doing any work even cannot see t.v.

From 1 weak i am giving him mentat syrup also. Please tell me what I should do now. Pl help me as soon as possible.

As per Development delayed miles stone of your son. There are so many medicines in allopath you have given to him.

You have also tried homeopath and Ayurveda mentat syrups too.

For this condition you should have to keep in your mind as your son has genetically deformities and we can make improve only from current situation.

We cannot make cured out from this issue.

  • Suvarna Brahmi vati 1 tab once a day with honey
  • Saraswatarishtam 10 ml thrice a day
  • Mansyadi kwatham 10 ml thrice a day
  • Medhya rasyan tab 2 tabs twice a day      


Diet :

  • Avoid Fermented and stale food
  • Avoid food from outside selling
  • Avoid Oily and fried food

I also advise you to have such Panchkarma therapies for fast recovery

  • Abhyan – swedan
  • Basti karma
  • Nasya karma
  • Shirodharakarma

I advise you following Yogasan and Pranayam Procedures for better results…

Yoga and Pranayam treatment

  • Paschimotanasan
  • Chakrashan
  • Sarvangasan
  • Uttanpadasan
  • Pavan muktasana

In Pranayama

  • Bhasrika pranayam
  • Anulom – vilom pranayam
  • Kapalbhanti pranayam
