under weight and weakness

I am very thin and weak since age 4, my present age 36 and weight 47 kg, I have 2 children. I tried many Ayurveda consultations and medicines with no help, including Ashwagandha, arogyavardini, dasamoola, ajamansa, brahmi, etc. etc.

I have undergone some diagnostic tests like endoscopy, colonoscopy, blood tests, which showed no problem.

Some people tell it is because of body heat, I want to know if bhasmas are helpful. Need your kind advice on this issue.
