 Suvarnaprashan - An Ayurvedic Immunisation
( Keeps babies healthy and happy…) Soil of India - tradition culture if India gave us many Great Philosophers, saints, Intellectuals, bravery heroes and great scientists. Do we think ever how can they maintain this tradition to produce such heroes? How they bring up them? For making such unbelievable characters like Ram, Krishna, Yagnvalkay, Vishvamitra, Panini, Sushrut, Charak, vagbhatt, Abhimanyu, Vashishtha, Valmiki, Saint Tulsidas, saint Ramdas, Swamy Vivekanand and many more how much they took pains? We must have to appreciate the efforts of such social, religious and government organizations making healthy society. Millions of rupees have been spending for making society healthy from our government and also international organization like WHO also spend for millions of dollars for it. For making awareness of health all organizations spending so huge budget for medical camps, for medical aids, education, seminars, campaigns and also compulsory vaccination. When we make attention on the result and on efforts, the result seems nearby zero. Although, the result of strong campaign we can see the awareness of physical health in urban society. But we never think over the mental and spiritual health of the Society.
Did we think ever on Mental and spiritual health? ...
Without mental health there is no meaning of long and physical healthy life. It will be curse instead of Bless. But Ayurveda thought about both physical and mental health. Ayurveda is an ancient medical science of this world. Ayurveda has given bunch of Medical principles and effective medical treatment systems which are truly effective till now and eternal. In modern science many research works are continuous in work but the result of their conclusions is not permanent. Once they conclude one thing as nectar then after five years they blame that as a poison and make that drugs as banned. Before few years those people have conclude that mother’s milk is not good for baby and Now they are campaigning that the mother milk is a nectar for baby and also prevents it from breast cancer. They are spending millions of rupees to make aware the mothers. We are crazy about the new invention and afterward we will also have repentance. But we all are looking for good remedies with have no side effects and it will be eternal also. How can we improve physically and mentally health of all human beings in this world? Our ancient Saints of Ayurveda have absolute vision for making healthy people. At that time lazy peoples were also there, and the masters of Ayurveda have clear vision that the law action could not accepted for a long time and therefore a healthy society not to be awakened. So that if we want to make any principle or system lives for a long while, it must be penetrated by love, by logic and by understanding. Health care related or awareness related ideas were attached with religious beliefs at that time. After all they are shown at now also after thousands of years after. Behalf of our tradition or our culture so many things we don’t understand but we can’t refuse. We did all the rituals with love towards religion or our elders also. But such health prevention ideas behind our traditions have left from our understanding. Today, we are going to try to understand one of our traditions, our culture it is Suvarnaprashan… |

If you are one of the couples who think about planning for child, that is pleasurable and we greet you and pray to God for helping you as your choice of baby and he help you to choose the best ever. I appreciate that you decided to go for child with the best thinking and planning. Because of most of couples have first child is the result of and unexpected pregnancy. You must have interest in the subject related getting child as per our dreams and if it is second or third child, commonly our thinking goes to gender selection also. But, the question is can we do it? Or if yes, how can it possible? Before answering these questions, I want to share such thinking from Ayurveda: An ancient Indian system of Medicine. For making of healthy and developed society; our ancient Saints gives us most important sixteen ‘Sanskars’ for all human being in whole world. “Punsavan” Sanskar is one of the Sanskar of those sixteen Sanskar described by ancient saints of India. There are two principles of ‘Punsavan Sanskar’. 1. Better Child 2. Child as your desire. Remember that the first concept of this sanskar is better child, if you not willing in the gender selection, however you should think for Punsavan for better child. 1. Infertility – is a pessimistic or a horror experience. Mostly females are teased by relatives in social functions and always they have to suffer. Thus, the journey of stressful and disappointed life begins… How to definite this Infertility? Don’t make your self disappointed. Every black clouds have sun rays behind it.. You have to prepare yourself to defiance this situation. You have to understand your problem form medically – a scientific view. Trash out your blind suspicious faith and try to know and understand the reasons of your problems by medical investigations and be ready to solve with a lots of passions. What is Infertility? There are such conditions which describes as Infertility.. - The couple is unable to conceive after twelve months of regular intercourse without using any contraceptives whenever female is under age of 34 years is describes as under the definition of Infertility.
- As per latest definition of Reproductive endocrinologist, the at the age of female after 35, the couple is unable to conceive after six months of regular intercourse without using any contraceptives, is describes as Infertility.
- The female who is unable to carrying the pregnancy to full term of delivery.

Ayurveda: A Science of healthy living Ayurveda is an ancient Medical system of India. Ayurvedic system of Medicine is world's oldest system of medicine. It is originated in India and now it is spread out all over the world as a safest treatment and has not any side effects and also cures chronic diseases as a permanent base. "Ayurveda" - A Sanskrit word, which descries two, words "Ayu" and "Veda". "Ayu" means "Life" and "Veda" means "to know of or science". Knowledge of Life or Science of Life is Ayurveda.
